SOUND & FLO Yoga Classes at Inflo Studio, Newbury

This SOUND & FLO class is opened by nourishing and refreshing pranayama (breath), followed by a beautiful and creative Vinyasa flow (plenty of options will be offered). We will flow to warm the entire body up and then towards the end, we will fall into a deep relaxation of the crystal bowl sound healing meditation. You will settle into a lovely savasana, tuck yourself under a blanket and reconnect with your breath and allow the vibrations and frequencies of the sound travel through you like a water wave. You will leave feeling relaxed, and your nervous system realigned.
