Relax & Reset half day Retreat

Join Rachel and Emily a new Relax & Reset Half Day Retreat, open to both men and women over 18.

You will enjoy sessions throughout the afternoon such as a yoga, sound, meditation, nature, yin and delicious snacks and warm drinks. Everything to help you feel calm, cosy and refreshed.

They afternoon runs from 2pm - 5:30pm and our afternoon will be spent in the house, gardens and woodland at Treetops. The cost for the afternoon is £50 with everything included.

Set in 3 acres Treetops is set in a lovely and peaceful location, which really helps you create that 'getting away from it all' feeling.
