Summer Solstice celebration, connecting with our body and mind. Honouring the magical feeling of this season.

It will be a wonderful half day, reconnecting with your intention and reflecting on what the year has brought your way within the last 6 months. This is a small intimate morning for just 10 yogis.

9.30am Arrival - Welcome on arrival, healthy treat, pick your oracle card (if you wish)
10am (75 minutes) - Morning Yoga Practice - Vinyasa Yoga (beginner friendly)
11.25am (60 minutes) - Yoga Nidra & Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and Drumming
12.30am (30 minutes) - Hot Drink (herbal tea) and cake to be served after the session to reflect on the morning.
