🧘♀️ Weekly Sound Healing Sessions – Friday Evenings 7:30-8:45pm
These weekly sessions are a chance to slow down, unwind after a busy week, and begin your weekend with a deep sense of clarity and calm.
What You Can Expect:
I will guide you through a 75-minute journey that begins with gentle breathwork and a short meditation. From there, I’ll play a range of soothing instruments — quartz crystal bowls, ocean disc, chimes, bells, and the beautiful, ethereal crystal harp — all designed to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
How Sound Healing Works:
Sound healing uses specific frequencies to help rebalance areas of stress and tension in the body. At The Sanctuary, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and simply be.

✔️ Warm blanket (you may feel cooler as your body relaxes)
✔️ Cushion for your head
✔️ Water
✔️ Optional extras: eye mask, additional pillows or bolsters for support
Just lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound vibrations wash over you.
