We offer Mysore-style Ashtanga, Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga classes. Our Vinyasa offerings are shaped by the Ashtanga Yoga lineage: focused on cultivating mindfulness through breath regulation and the structured, steady challenge of both body and mind. Other offerings include Beginners Yoga Courses, meditation, workshops and trainings.
