Free Sound Bowl Meditation

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bowl meditation session which is generously being offered free of charge by the wonderful Jess!

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the bowls and let go of all your stress and worries. This in-person event is a great opportunity to unwind and reset your mind and body. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to attend .

We will be running these events on a fortnightly basis on a Wednesday.
