Ready to confidently plan and deliver successful projects? This hands-on, one-day course, hosted by Leslie Houseal of The Houseal Group, is designed for anyone new to project management or looking to strengthen their skills in organizing and executing work. No prior experience is required - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

By the end of the session, you’ll be able to:

- Understand the difference between a project and ongoing work.
- Identify the key elements of a project scope.
- Recognize when it’s best to use a project plan.
- Create a simple, effective project plan.
- Lead a small project team to develop and execute that plan.
