Vanguard Tabletop for CHOP Test Stream

Tabletop for CHOP 2025 is right around the corner and we need a few volunteers to play using our new production setup. We'll play D&D and livestream the event through YouTube & Twitch. The primary purpose of the event however is to help test the technical equipment so a full game may not be completed but we'll have fun trying! Full details:

Sept 21st - Sunday setup day. Anyone who wants to help is more than welcome. Noon to 8pm for setup. That's an approximate end time . Come and go as you need to.

Sept 22nd - Stream Day. Start streaming at 6:30-7 pm until 9:30-10 pm

We have the space until Sept 23rd Tuesday at noon. After we are done on Monday, we'll need help breaking down the truss and organizing stuff.
