Pop-up Paddle Pilates at Assateague

Challenge your balance and build strength in this core-focused SUP Pilates class. This 60-minute session uses your paddleboard as a floating mat for a creative, low-impact full-body workout. No experience needed, just a willingness to move, breathe, and have fun on the water. Board, paddle, and anchor provided. Please note that a valid Assateague Island National Seashore park pass is required to enter during ranger station hours. We launch from 12003 Bayside Drive, Berlin, MD 21811. Take Bayside Drive to the end and look for the upcycled shipping container stand.
