Newark Community Clean Up Event

Sign-up for Newark's Community Clean Up Event.

Saturday, May 17, 2025 - 7:00 am - 11:30 am - Location: 37440 Filbert Street, Newark, CA 94560.

The event is open to all Newark residents. Residents will be asked to bring a utility bill (with Newark address) and a matching CA ID or DL with Newark address.

Accepted items include: appliances, bulky trash, E-waste, furniture, mattresses, metals/untreated wood, tires, and reusable household goods.

Not accepted items include: Hazardous waste (batteries, paint, motor oil, chemicals, lightbulbs, construction debris (rock, concrete, painted wood), household trash, propane tanks, gas cylinders, and lawn mowers.
