This week-long event is a showcase, auction, and gift shop featuring stunning original works by Malcolm A Rolling, Hans Lundy, and Kaishon Way. Get ready to see multimedia paintings, captivating illustrations, innovative digital media, and functional contemporary furniture. No matter if you're a seasoned collector, a passionate supporter, or simply an art enthusiast, Holiday Season is designed with multiple ways for you to dive in.

The showcase unfolds across two distinct Newark locations, each offering a unique part of the story.

December 9 & December 11 • 1–5 PM 550 Broad Street, Newark, NJ

Kick off the week with an intimate first look! This two-day preview is your chance to get up close with a curated selection of works destined for the auction, as well as browse a charming gift shop filled with small, purchasable items. It’s the perfect way to build your anticipation and discover the amazing talent on display.

December 13 • 12–4 PM 89 Market Street, Newark, NJ

The week culminates with our main event, held at YENDOR's Market Street home. This is the formal art auction where you'll have the exciting opportunity to acquire select paintings, illustrations, and digital pieces. Keep an eye out—many works will be available through a negotiable bidding process!

The auction will be hosted by Sydney Bell, who will personally guide you through the presentation, offering fascinating context and depth for each piece. Don't miss this chance to take home an original work and directly support emerging artists!

Meet the featured Artists and Curator 

Malcolm Rolling and Hans Lundy are a celebrated creative team, known for their captivating murals designed to gracefully withstand challenging weather conditions. Rolling, an Afro Impressionist, brings a distinctive approach by using industrial tools and materials often found in city environments. Lundy's style, meanwhile, offers a visually familiar yet wonderfully inventive depiction of life.

Kaishon Way is an artist, designer, and entrepreneur whose work beautifully explores the essence of color, material, and space through abstraction. Drawing inspiration from the inherent rhythms and shapes of nature, he dedicates his craft to contemporary furniture, resulting in pieces that are both practical and exquisite fine art.

Sydney Bell, a multidisciplinary artist and metalsmith from Newark, NJ, creates bold, sculptural jewelry that's wearable art! She's mastered metalsmithing and now designs with innovative flame-worked glass. Sydney also brings her talents to teaching, designing art therapy programs to make empowering jewelry accessible to everyone.
