During Centered Charge we will ease in with guided breath work, move through gentle and accessible shapes, then rest in a nourishing close. All bodies. All levels. Come as you are. BIPOC ALLIES Welcome.

• Gentle movement to release stress and invite ease
• Closing reflection and ritual
Bring your mat, your towel and your curious heart. Wear something that lets you move and breathe with ease. You will leave steadier, softer and more connected to yourself and to community. Refreshments will be provided.
