Assateague SUP Yoga Flow

Float and flow through a unique SUP yoga experience in the bay waters of Assateague Island National Seashore. This 60-minute, all-levels class includes everything you need: paddleboard, paddle, anchor, life jacket, dry bag, and peaceful vibes. We’ll move through a grounding yoga flow on the water, surrounded by the beauty of the island and the possibility of wild ponies nearby. Please note that a valid Assateague Island National Seashore park pass is required to enter during ranger station hours. We launch from 12003 Bayside Drive, Berlin, MD 21811. Take Bayside Drive to the end and look for the upcycled shipping container stand.
