Yoga Class - North Muskham

Suffering with lower back ache? Tight hips? Stiff shoulders? As we age our bodies need to move more to keep everything working. Yoga can help.

Come and join us! Bring a mat and wear comfy clothing you can move in.

My classes focus on moving the body different ways to improve range of movement. We work on strength to help support the flexibility.
