This is a special event between IronStrength and the East River Esplanade Friends. Workout is a yoga class set to be UNDER the 59th street bridge in the spectacular Green Grass at Andrew Haswell park and will be taught by NYC yoga teacher Dr. Maisie Meariman from Lyons Den Power Yoga.
Maisie's love for yoga stems from a deep passion to celebrate health in all of its forms, which inspired her to start teaching yoga in 2016 during medical school. Her classes are designed to challenge you physically and empower you through an emphasis on breath work and body mechanics. When she’s not in the studio at Lyons Den Power Yoga, she's in the clinic completing her Dermatology Residency in New York City.
