Please join us for a live recording of the final episode of The Art of Editing series, a podcast from Lithub and The New York Review of Books. Merve Emre, the Director of the Shapiro Center for Creative Writing and Criticism at Wesleyan University and a contributing writer at The New Yorker, will be in conversation with Yahdon Israel.
Yahdon Israel is a Senior Editor at Simon & Schuster, where he acquires both fiction and nonfiction. In addition he teaches creative writing at CUNY and the Sackett Street Writers’ Workshop. His work has appeared in Poets & Writers, Guernica, LitHub, and other outlets. He was Editorial Director of Northside Media and Editor-in-Chief of Brooklyn Magazine. He also served as Content and Social Media Director for MakersFinders, Inc.
