ABOUT

Our NeuroGraphica workshop will begin with a guided meditation to center participants. I will explain the core principles of NeuroGraphica, a mindful drawing method for self-expression and growth. Participants will select a personal topic for exploration and engage in a brief free-writing exercise to connect with it. The main activity involves mindful drawing through all eight steps of the Neurographica algorithm, resulting in a unique artwork. A final writing exercise encourages reflection on any transformations or insights gained.

No artistic experience is required! All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner world.

About The Speaker

Nadia Monosova (@drawitoutwithNadia ) is a certified Neurographica® specialist and a mindful drawing teacher, always looking for new ways to bolster inner strength in herself and others. Helping others realize how powerful they are is Nadia’s mission in guiding a neurographic drawing process. Nadia discovered Neurographica® when she was going through a challenging time and was feeling weary of turning to others for help. She has personally experienced the transformative power of this practice and fell in love with the introspective method of finding the answers within, which combines art and psychology for its ability to provide unexpected solutions, unlock inner resources and reduce anxiety. A NYC dweller, Nadia loves getting lost in a good book, dancing tango, practicing yoga, and contemplating nature.
