RESTORATIVE PERFORMANCE

RESTORATIVE PERFORMANCE is a workshop in Greenpoint Brooklyn this weekend 7/12 that calls on the arts, like movement, music, theater, and visual arts to help us find ways to get UNSTUCK, whether it’s in career, relationships, or sense of self. Each 3 hour in-person workshop culminates in an individual “performance” in a beautiful space under lights with sound and our circle as the audience. “Performance” is in quotes because while some will perform in the traditional sense, reading or reciting poetry, singing or moving to music, some will share stories and other works of art they have made.
