This event is all about sharing our survivor stories and finding wellness through reading and community. Whether you're a bookworm or just looking to connect with like-minded individuals, this event is for you. Let's come together, share our journeys, and support each other along the way. Release Wellness NYC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing trauma-informed wellness and support for survivors. Our vision at Release Wellness NYC is that trauma survivors and immigrant communities are able to access resources, wellness classes and wellness services to experience healing, empowerment and support without experiencing financial burden. Our team is dedicated to providing a wide range of wellness services, workshops and community events to help survivors navigate their healing journey.
