About the Training: In this comprehensive Reiki Level I training, you'll learn the foundational principles and techniques of Reiki. Whether you're a beginner or seeking to deepen your understanding, our program is designed to meet you where you are on your spiritual journey. What to expect / Topics covered:

• History of Reiki.
• Reiki Principles and how to incorporate them into your daily life.
• Introduction to Reiki Levels and their applications.
• Reiki Level I initiatory attunement to open your being to the sacred flow of Reiki energy
• Gain insight into energetic anatomy, chakras, meridians.
• Practicum of traditional Reiki hand positions protocols for self-healing + the healing of others.
• Byosen Scanning Technique: locating the byosen ("sick accumulation") within your own or someone else's body or energy field and accessing the body after receiving Reiki. Learn the 5 levels and how to work with the byosen.
• Practicum of Psychic Reiki usage and application: learn how to direct Reiki with the power of your mind and then practice this technique with each other.
• Guided Meditation to meet one of your Reiki Guides.
• Pendulum 101
• Crystals, Crystals, Crystals: the wonderful, unique characteristics of crystals and how to utilize them for your own personal healing and well-being as well as in a Reiki session.
• The importance of personal growth is paramount for advancement on your Reiki journey. Self-healing, meditation, journaling, community and continued education discussion.
