This one-day event is all about uplifting men through physical health, mental wellness, and community connection.

Connect — Join mindfulness talks, networking mixers, and conversations about fatherhood, brotherhood, and mental health.
Thrive — Access local wellness resources, health screenings, and community brands committed to men’s health and empowerment.
