Start your day with with nutritious bites & fresh juices, a raffle with all proceeds benefiting For All Mothers+ (a non-profit advocating for the advancement of equitable policies and practices for all mothers), brand activations, and mingling with fellow charity runners, moms, allies, and movement enthusiasts

Then, settle in for an invigorating panel, featuring:

• Dr. Temeka Zore Fertility Specialist at Spring Fertility, 4 time all American track runner

• Hilary Kupish: For All Mothers+ Charity Team Member, World Record holder (777* Fastest Female), running performance & mindset coach, MVMNT podcast host, + mom of 2
• Ebonie Karma Tudor from SimpliFed: a virtual care platform supporting parents across pregnancy and postpartum

This panel will be moderated by Emily Abbate: Emily Abbate is a 15-time marathoner and wellness coach, and former Fitness Editor at SELF.

Together, these inspiring women will dive into real stories and strategies for navigating womanhood, motherhood, movement, and balance while breaking barriers for the next generation of families.
