On March 19th, join us in celebrating the centennial of Malcolm X (el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz) with a day of celebration hosted by Aquastra Media Productions, Arts and Education Continuum, I’d Watch That Inc., Marcus Meets Malcolm, Social Studies 101, and Welcome to Harlem. 🌟 This historic event will take place Live on Lenox-X Marks the Spot between 116th Street and 125th Street along the Avenue bearing his name.

Event Highlights:

• Evening Musical Tribute 🎶: Experience a live tribute with spoke word, dance, and Craig Harris and the Nation of Imagination.
• Afternoon Activities 🕓: Participate in street academies, enjoy performances from musicians and poets, and marvel at stilt walkers.
• Malcolm Megaphones 📢: Created by Carrie Mae Weems, these will amplify the powerful message of Malcolm X.
