About this Class: Join us in our new Gelateria and learn to make gelato like an expert with Patrizia Pasqualetti. Learn all about the traditions of gelato making and work with Patrizia to craft Gelato with Aceto Balsamico, a pairing specially curated for this class!

About Patrizia Pasqualetti: Gelato by Patrizia Pasqualetti, shares the art of authentic Italian gelato made with California ingredients. Originally from the Umbria region of Italy, Patrizia's artisanal creations are one of our favorites here at Eataly. Using only clean, fresh and healthy ingredients, Patrizia showcases how gelato is a sensory experience full of passion, love, and generational expertise.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the history, tradition, and ingredients of gelato making
• Learn about the traditions of the specialty ingredient, Aceto Balsamico
• Make and taste gelato live with Patrizia
• Taste a variety of gelato flavors paired with traditonal Aceto Balsamico

• One registration is valid for one guest

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• Classes are also suitable for children 12+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
