Naloxone (Narcan) is a Medic*tion that reverses an opioid overdose.
Harm reduction fits into a global movement for social justice built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of all people, particularly those who use drugs or trade sex. In addition to autonomy, it values community care over isolating punishments, and it considers the structures of racism, ableism, class inequality and other structural oppressions which render people of color, disabled/chronically ill/those living with serious mental illness, and poor and unhoused people in particular at higher risk for dangerous drug use and overdose, dangerous working conditions in criminalized economies like the sex trades, and dangerous relationships within these contexts.

Founded by in 2000, the Manhattan-based Gallery sells original artworks and collaborates with a wide network of artists, curators and cultural institutions.
