A former William Morris Agency packaging agent and entertainment attorney, he now consults as a talent agent, shaping pitches, strengthening reels, and guiding producers to launch production companies.

Certified by the International Coach Federation, Jim leads the NYC chapter of the Gay Coaches Alliance and teaches pitching at the School of Visual Arts. He has led workshops for Out Professionals, StartOut, the Writers Guild of America, NY Women in Film & Television, the Motion Picture Academy, and more.
