Esta mesa bilingüe reúne a Juli Salamanca y Yoko Ruiz, activistas colombianas de la Plataforma Ley Integral Trans y la Liga de Salud Trans; a la fotógrafa y artista visual Camila Falquez; a la estilista Lorena Maza; y al escritor César Vallejo Valderrama.

Juntxs dialogarán sobre Compañerx, una iniciativa artística multidisciplinaria vinculada a la creación de la primera Ley Integral Trans en Colombia. El proyecto celebra la vitalidad de las comunidades trans y no binarias a través de retratos, performance político y literatura, proponiendo lenguajes alternativos para nombrar lo innombrable en contextos hegemónicos.

Una conversación sobre arte, memoria y resistencia, que reclama dignidad y reconocimiento histórico para la comunidad trans y no binaria en Colombia.

This bilingual panel brings together Juli Salamanca and Yoko Ruiz, Colombian activists from the Plataforma Ley Integral Trans and the Liga de Salud Trans; visual artist and photographer Camila Falquez; stylist Lorena Maza; and writer César Vallejo Valderrama.

Together, they will discuss Compañerx, a multidisciplinary artistic initiative connected to the creation of Colombia’s first Comprehensive Trans Law. The project celebrates the vitality of trans and non-binary communities through portraiture, political performance, and literature, offering alternative languages to name what dominant contexts render unnamable.

This conversation explores art, memory, and resistance while demanding dignity and historical recognition for Colombia’s trans and non-binary communities.
