At our next pop-up dinner party, we’re bringing the flavors of the South to New York City — but it’s not just about the food. It’s about connecting with others over shared plates and meaningful conversation. Whether you’re a seasoned Southern foodie or new to this soulful cuisine, come ready to indulge in mouthwatering brisket, po' boys, shaved brussel sprout salad, and more, all served family-style.
We’ll begin the evening with finger foods and drinks in the cozy third floor lounge of our townhouse, before heading downstairs to gather around the dinner table for a hearty Southern meal and dessert. It’s an unhurried, communal experience meant to spark connection.
The menu is crafted by Chef Ko, whose career spans some of New York’s most celebrated kitchens — including Daniel, Nobu, Lupa, Aquavit, and Le Bernardin. He brings a unique blend of classic technique, innovative flair, and heartfelt hospitality to every table he serves.
Throughout the night, we’ll be guided by two simple conversation starters centered around the theme of nourishment and comfort — not just what feeds our bodies, but also our minds and spirits. At The Well, we care deeply about holistic wellness, and we believe meals can be a powerful space for reflection, connection, and even a bit of soul care. These prompts are designed to invite deeper, life-giving conversations in a way that feels natural and grounding.
Expect an intimate, relaxed setting where every bite sparks a conversation and every guest feels like family. This isn’t just dinner — it’s an opportunity to slow down, share, and connect in a way that’s hard to find in the hustle of everyday life.
Spaces are limited, so bring your appetite, your curiosity, and your love for good company. We can’t wait to share this special night with you!
