Barre, Blooms, & Booze

Barre, Blooms, and Booze will combine a Barre inspired workout using the Aerial Silks (Think Plies, Releves, and Back Attitudes. Strengthening and lengthening!) with the therapeutic experience of creating your own flower bouquets. Focusing on fitness, creativity, and mindfulness.

We will transition from fitness to creativity with some brief instruction and freedom to create a beautiful flower bouquet, complete with wrap and ribbon! Keep for yourself (you deserve it!) or gift to someone else!
While creating your Blooms, do indulge in a mimosa!

There will be non-alcoholic beverages available as well.

This class offers a balanced combination of fitness, creative expression, and social time making it a unique and rewarding experience!
