Our focus is understanding the nuances of a select vintage tea, echoing Greek philosopher Epicurus' emphasis on savoring life's simple pleasures and cultivating specialized knowledge through direct experience.
Discover what is special about aged tea, a tradition steeped in history and significance. Originating centuries ago, collecting and storing practices hold a unique place in the world of camellia sinensis, revered for its calming properties and healing effects.
In this 75-minute session, we'll learn about the art of aging tea and explore the sensory experience of integrating its energy. Our carefully curated selection offers access to rare and inaccessible cultivars that we are delighted to share with fellow seekers. Some highlights from our cabinet include raw Puerh and Yan Cha leaves that have been waiting 20+ years to be enjoyed.
Seating is limited to three persons. Teas are single origin, sourced direct, and exclusive to Soup Cafe. We look forward to sipping with you!
