DIH Pitch Day

The Discovery & Innovation Hub (DIH) exists to bridge the gap between local community needs and innovations to advance health equity. We do this by identifying and empowering equitable thinkers through personalized programming, solution co-creation, and ecosystem partnerships.

At the heart of our work is the belief that community-centered design isn’t just about fostering equitable solutions—it’s about validating and co-building them with and for the communities they’re meant to serve. This approach ensures that innovation meets real needs and that progress is shared equitably across our Sinai and Harlem communities.

Pitch Day is the Discovery & Innovation Hub’s signature event that showcases bold, community-centered innovations advancing health equity, sustainability, and responsible commercialization.

On Friday, December 12, 2025, twelve selected teams will pitch their ventures in person in New York City before a panel of expert judges, including healthcare investors, founders, accelerators, and equity-driven innovation leaders.

Finalists will compete for:
- Monetary prizes awarded to the top 3 teams
- Priority access to the DIH Incubator program
- Exposure to VC firms, community leaders, and institutional partners
