9AM Rules and Calcutta
Entry:$225 per team Deposit ($100) must be paid in advance to register your team. Admin fee $25 a team included. Pay via Venmo: Jamie-Alder-19
Calcutta: Start Bid will be $100. Goes up in $100 increments. 16 Teams there will be 1 blind bid starting at $500
Max teams: 16. Min Teams: 8
Double Elimination
Rules:
•Shoot Max 20: 5 people per team only 4 shooters per match.
•Coin Flip to determine who puts up first
• All Lag for break/rack (no coin flip)
•Only one upper level player per team allowed( if you have a 7 you cannot have a 6)
•Duplication of skill level 4,3,2 ONLY!
•All SL ratings must be verifiable. If you have no 8 ball SL but you have a 9 ball you utilize that skill level. 8,9 will be a 7.
•Rosters with APA membership numbers for each player, along with the other half of your team entry fee ($125) must be turned in Thursday Aug 21, 2025 before the event.
•You must have shot the APA in the past 4 years. (2021)
•Each SL gets 1 timeout per rack by the coach, the timeout is not to exceed 1 minute.
•8 on the break counts, sink the 8 and scratch you lose. Scratch on the break and ball is behind the line. Any and all other scratches are ball in hand.
•Must mark the pocket for the 8 ball only, no calling pockets, No marking with chalk.
•No jumping, No Masse
•From the announcement of the match you have 1 minute from announcement of your table assignment to put your player up. Opponent has 1 minute after that.
•While waiting for the first game to get done. The two team captains get together and preset the rest of your matches.
•Handicap: No SL can shoot 2 skill levels below his/her skill level.
SL7/6 or 7/5=3/2Race, SL6/5 or 6/4=3/2 Race, 5/4 or 5/3=3/2 Race, 4/3 or 4/2=2/2 Race, 3/2 or 2/2 = 2/2 Race
Losers Bracket 2/2 Race across the board regardless of SL
•Win 3 Team matches and match is over.
•Due to wait times, text messages can be sent to your team manager when your team’s turn is next.
