This is a community led meeting for Alternative Energy Systems. This will be a moderated discussion with the panelists and an opportunity for Q & A.

Format:

Moderated by emcee
- Panelist allowed 2min. Introductions, and 2 min. closing remarks.
- All panelists respond to all questions if they wish.
- Attendees ask questions at center aisle standing microphone.
- questions and responses will be timed to avoid speeches and filibusters.

Emcee will (1) determine if a topic has been exhausted, or asked and answered, (2) disallow rude, accusatory, or inappropriate questions/statements (3) keep answers on track. (4) determine if rebuttal is warranted.
