Pilates Sculpt at the Brewery ~ Hosted by Avera Method

Move, sculpt, and sip with us at the historic August Schell Brewing Company! This 50 minute-long Pilates Sculpt class, led by Avera Method, blends the core-focused flow of mat Pilates with light resistance training using hand weights and resistance bands for a dynamic, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and energized.

Set in the ambiance of the historic Schells brewery grounds, this all-levels class is the perfect way to elevate your movement practice while enjoying something a little different. Kick your Saturday off right and bring your friends! This class will be held outdoors, will move indoors if needed.

What’s Included

• 50 minute long Pilates Sculpt class led by Avera Method
• Light hand weights and resistance bands provided (or bring your own!)

What to Bring

• Yoga mat (no mat? No problem - mat rental available at event for $3)
