💰 Deposit & Payments
Deposit deadline: Saturday, January 31st by midnight!
Cash only will be accepted for any remaining balances at registration.
💻 Online Payments
• PayPal or credit/debit card is the only approved online payment method during registration.
• Other services such as Venmo cannot be accepted.
💵 In-Person Payments
• If you choose not to pay in full online, any remaining balance must be paid in cash only at the registration table on pageant day by 1:00.

• If your full balance is paid online at the time of registration, you will not need to arrive early for final registration on pageant day.

Rules & Guidelines
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:
• Contestants will compete in the age division they are on the day of the pageant. No fallbacks.
• No refunds will be given at any time on deposits or payments.
• All deposits and fees are non-transferable to other contestants or other pageants.
• If the event must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will automatically transfer to the new date.
• Poor sportsmanship of ANY kind will not be tolerated. Anyone—contestant or guest—displaying inappropriate behavior will be disqualified and asked to leave with no refund.
• The pageant reserves the right to remove any participants or guests who are disruptive to the event.
• Children must not be left unattended. Only service animals are allowed in the facility.
• On pageant day, all entry fees must be paid in full. NO REFUNDS.
• All judges’ decisions are final and must be respected. Any ties will be broken by the judges.
• Please clean up after yourself and your child.
• No males are permitted in the dressing room area.
• Valentine’s Wear is its own category and will not impact overall title placements.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By entering this event, I agree to hold harmless the Queen & King of Hearts Pageant, including the director, staff, facility, and any individuals associated with the pageant, from any loss, injury, theft, or illness that may occur during the event. I also understand and agree that the pageant reserves the right to use any photos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
