Club members and non-members ... you know the drill! But if anyone is thinking about joining us for the first time, please read on!
PLEASE NOTE - as this is going to be the day after July 4th, we all know the beach is going to be needing a lot of extra love that morning! But, as it's also a holiday weekend, TRAFFIC GETTING TO AND ONTO THE BEACH WILL PROBABLY BE HEAVIER THAN USUAL THAT MORNING. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!
We will meet in our usual spot on the beach - just a bit north of Minorca. Look for the white Jeep and Smyrna Surfari Club sign! If you park at Smyrna Dunes Park, just take the ADA Beach Access ramp to find us.
We are hoping for awesome weather and inviting - everyone ... family, friends and non-members to bring your boards, tents, chairs ... all your beach gear, and after we finish with the beach clean up, those who want to, we will paddle out and catch a few waves. Sitting on the beach just catching some sun is cool too! And don't forget, it is kid friendly too!!
Bring a bucket and gloves if you have them. If you don't, no worries - the Smyrna Surfari Club will provide them. The club will provide water, but please don't forget the sunscreen and a hat.
