Reiki Energy & Sound Healing -Tuneup Tuesdays

Recharge your vibe every Tuesday with a fun, feel-good session of Group Reiki Energy and Sound Healing! This all-ages midweek reset is the perfect way to shake off stress, refresh your energy, and realign your spirit. Each session blends calming Reiki with the soothing vibrations of sound therapy to support healing, balance, and inner peace. Come as you are—leave lighter, brighter, and totally recharged!

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat and/or blanket for a more enjoyable experience.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
