Mozzarella Making Class // July 17th @ 45th Parallel

Step into the magic of cheesemaking!

CLASS TYPE: Hands On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. No prior experience required!

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
🧀 Overview of the mozzarella process (traditional and 45th)
🧀 Live demonstration by Chef Scott Davis
🧀 Make your own fresh mozzarella to take home
🧀 Mozzarella tasting with herbed wood-fired bread
🧀 Mozzarella pairing ideas

In this hands-on workshop, you'll dip your hands in warm water to stretch, shape, and savor your way to a fresh batch of mozzarella—perfect for Caprese, pizza, or snacking. No experience needed.

Tickets are $85 per person + tax.

DIETARY: Please note that our cooking classes may include gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and/or meat products. Please state any dietary restrictions in the registration form or via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
