We’re excited to announce that Professor Mike will be teaching at The Den on Monday, the 15th at 7 PM.

Professor Mike is my own professor, and it’s only fitting that the very first guest instructors we welcome are the ones who’ve shaped my own journey. He is a 3-stripe black belt with decades of experience, and he’ll be sharing some powerful spider guard details with us. 🕷️🥋
