Our club nights are a welcoming place for anyone new or old to yoga to come give it a go. Whilst they are guided classes, we remind participants that this is your time on the mat so making adjustments/modifications and taking extra rest when you need is welcomed.

YOGA FLOW: A more dynamic practice, sometimes called Vinyasa. After a moment to land and connect with our breath, we start to warm our bodies. Flowing movements evolve, synchronised with our breath. The sequence of postures changes from class to class aligning with a specific intention or peak posture. Subsequently the outcome of the classes is varied, you may feel strong, stretched, energised or relaxed. A practice great for maintaining strength, suppleness and balance.
YIN YOGA: A passive, softer style of Yoga, yet often challenging due to the long duration spent surrendering in each shape. Generally speaking postures target the lower body; lower back, hips, pelvis and legs. A practice great for joint health and mobility, increasing flexibility and energetically rebalancing. If you're stressed out or exhausted come spend some time in Yin land to replenish.
YANG YIN COMBO: If you've read the above two descriptions, put them together and you've got Yang Yin Combo. 1/2hour of Yoga Flow followed by 1/2hour of Yin.
