Tidal Flow Yoga Series – Heal

Tidal Flow Yoga is an immersive three-part series connecting to themes of healing, rebound and regeneration.
Weaving together yoga-inspired movement, breath, and reflection to honour, protect, and restore our sacred waters.

Release what no longer serves, clear stagnant energy, and invite deep restoration through fluid movement and oceanic breath.

Through gentle yet powerful practices, we align with the wisdom of the sea—flowing with change, finding strength in softness, and committing to the protection of our waters and our relational ties with the more-than-human world.

This series is for anyone who feels called to move, breathe, and reflect in harmony with the ocean’s rhythm.
Please bring your personal yoga mat and any supportive props you require.

Location: Puke Ariki Museum Temporary Gallery - Pristine Seas: Bringing the Ocean Back exhibition space.

Regenerate | Mon 23 June | 5.30pm - 6.30pm
