Join us every Tuesday night at Shining Peak for Tasting Tuesdays, a curated blind tasting experience designed by Head Chef Joe Pebbles, with surprise creations from Executive Chef Freddie Ponder.

Each week features a fresh lineup of dishes served blind, allowing your senses to lead the way. Come for the fun, stay for the flavour and don’t worry, we cater to dietary requirements (just let us know in advance).
