Pure Consciousness Retreat

This one day retreat is an opportunity to deepen into your practice. To minimize distraction we will maintain noble silence throughout the day and during the lunch period.

11am walking meditation
12pm lunch - please bring your own lunch (this is not a shared lunch)
12.30pm audio talk by Ajahn Sumedho
1pm walking meditation
2pm sit
3pm walking meditation
3.30pm cup of tea
4pm close

New Plymouth Buddhist Group is a non-profit organization.
There is no charge for the retreat, though we do pay a fee for the use of the facility. If you wish to make a donation this can be done online or via cash on the day.
