Laughter Yoga with Clare

Start your week off by reducing stress, relaxing and having fun with laughter and childlike playfulness.

Laughter Yoga isn't like regular yoga but can still help your mental and physical well-being, energy levels, immune system and more.

* Level 3 44 Liardet Street
* For Adults.
* Cost is $5 towards the room hire.
* Bring water and yoga mat for the relaxation
* Cancellations and other notices are posted on FB "Laughter Yoga with Clare"
* No classes on Public Holidays or January
