Join TMF and the Hospice team to explore the current landscape of hospice services, focusing on their role in patient care and resource utilisation. This session aims to provide valuable insights
on referrals and shared patient care and spark a discussion on the future of palliative services.

Leading the discussion will be Dr. Tom Reid, Medical Director of Hospice Taranaki. With over three years in this role and a background in General Medicine and Respiratory Medicine, Dr. Reid transitioned to Palliative Medicine and brings extensive experience from working in hospitals across both islands of New Zealand and in four different hospices in the North Island.
