What is an Omakase Menu? It means "Leave it to the Chef" menu. The core of an omakase menu is to entrust the chef to curate a personalised menu with fresh, high quality & preference ingredients and with an element of surprise. Some items include Akaroa Salmon and GA5 Wagyu!
