Adventure with Confidence - rangatahi group

A support group for rangatahi aged 13-25 with anxiety. Members will set themselves ‘adventures’ - goals to confront something that makes them anxious - however big or small, and report back on previous adventures.

This is a wholesome, supportive, safe socialising space which values inclusivity and takes a strengths-based approach to facing anxiety.

All of us in the group have experienced the difficulty and awkwardness of attending groups where 'everyone already knows each other' (not that that's the case here!) - and so we make every effort to make new members feel as welcome and included as possible.
