This seasonal workshop is hosted in the cozy kitchen of Watergrasshill and led by the expertise of Nicole from Tiny Greens Farm and Lauren from Chakra Bowls.
🍃 Nicole from Tiny Greens Farm will guide guests through the top local foods to incorporate into your diet for immune support as we move into the colder months. She’ll highlight the powerful nutritional benefits of microgreens, offer a seasonal mix to build your own fresh salad (with toppings and dressings from Chakra Bowls), and lead a hands-on microgreens planting session. Each guest will take home a grow kit and learn exactly how to care for it—so you can enjoy fresh, homegrown greens in just 10 days, and all year long.
🌈 Lauren from Chakra Bowls will demonstrate how to make one powerful immune-supporting wellness shot, sharing tips on ingredients and preparation. Guests will sample the shot in class and take home a set of three to enjoy later.
