New Membership Application

In order to join the New Oxford Social & Athletic Club:

Prospective members must come into the club with a current member to fill out an application form, between April 1st and August 31st.

Two members must sign the application form as a sponsor. All forms MUST be filled out in the club, ID is required.

Prospective members are then placed on a wait list, to be approved by the board in January. The number of members to be initiated is based on the number of members that have dropped off the list from the year before.

A letter is sent to prospective members with the date of their initiation. Prospective members are then brought in on a day in February or March to get their cards and learn about how the club works.
