- **Event Description**: The Colonial Qbing Challenge is an opportunity to bring the Colonial community together for food, fun, and entertainment.  The highlight of the event will be a 3x3 Speed cubing tournament available to any student of CVSD.  Participants must be able to solve their cube in 3 minutes or less to enter.  Time permitting, we will have a team solve event to end things.  Teams of 3 will be randomly created and race for bragging rights!

It is much more than a  Rubik's cube tournament, it a chance to honor Quinton Powers, a former student that passed away at the age of 12, on December 28, 2022.  The event is designed to bring together some of Quinton's favorite things: games, food, and community, thus honoring his spirit.

The Colonial Qbing Challenge is on April 11th from 11 to 3pm will kick off with Motorcycle ride.  At CVIS, there will be food trucks, games of all types, and plenty of different cubing opportunities.  Pop in for a few minutes to check things out and eat, or enjoy it in entirety.
